2 interview: phone and site interview.
Phone: simple chat about myself, Why citi, why marketing. They called back on the same day to invite me down for 2:1 interview.
Site: tell me about yourself, how your strength can be applied here, past employment histories, discussion on job responsibilities. Basically, they wanted to see how you can fit into the team. Small team of 5 with specific client base to attend to.

Question 1
Interviewers were pretty straightforward to find out about me and my competency. They need to be able to see that I can fit into their team. Nothing unexpected.
Submitted the CV and the cover letter, then I had an interview with 2 Vice Presidents, 30 minutes each. Motivational questions but above all technical about greeks and market in general.
