      Phone Interview Phone Interview with the Hiring Manager Personal Interview with Vice-president, Branch Manager Not difficult at all. Following is the brief on the interview. Past experience in customer service and sales. Why Citibank? Why teller? Responsibilities of a teller? Future goals? How will you sell a credit card to a prospective customer?- Role play How important are sales to you? From your past experience, which traits/habits would you like to continue to continue and which ones would you like to change? What does integrity mean to you? Why should we select you over everyone else? What does motivation mean to you? It ended with a casual chat where I was asked more about myself in personal life like hobbies and things I like to do after work? The manager was extremely professional and excellent in her approach with me. Looking forward to get an offer from Citibank by next week.

      Entretien

      Walked in and waited a few minutes before the interviewer was ready. Sat down and was interviewed. He seemed to primarily want someone that could fluently communicate in a second language due to the population of the area. I was not as fluent as they needed I assume as I was not offered the job.

      Entretien

      Two interviews 1st with the branch manager then the district manager. My first interview went great the branch manager was very friendly. They're were about 50 questions all very repetitive mainly "tell me about a time..." type questions. I was invited back for a 2nd interview with the district manager she mainly spoke for an hour about the company's expectations she didn't seem to like me.
