I applied online and took the online assessment. Almost immediately, I received an email saying I passed the assessment and a couple days later I was contacted to make an appointment for a phone interview, which went well. All the questions that were asked are similar to the ones in previous reviews. A week went by and I was contacted by a recruiter, whom was very nice. I was told that I should be hearing back soon from the branch to set up an interview. At the interview, the interviewee was very nice and I felt comfortable. I was asked similar questions to the ones from the phone interview.
Call and in person interview with 3 people must have video on to interview. Also ask about availability and must work other locations. Must work Saturday. Ask about how to handle dificult customers

Interviewer felt unprepared and had trouble connecting to other managers via zoom (don't understand why there had to be a total of like 5 managers who work for different locations present as well). Asked generic interview questions, lasting a total of 20-25 minutes.
