Entretien
So far I've only been through the telephonic interview. I have my in-person interview on next week. *Crossing Fingers* :)
I wanted to provide some of the interview questions that I was asked to help whoever reads these better prepare for the interview. Here are some of the ones I remember.
They comb through each of your previous jobs with you asking about what you did and why you left that job.
Something along the lines of "How do you deal with a difficult person or situation?"
"Why this position at Citibank?"
"Name a time you had difficulty learning a software program... what program was it and what did you do to become better at navigating through that system?"
"Describe a time that you had to multi-task using several systems at once, what was the outcome?"
These are only few that I remember. I will post more once I attend the in-person interview.

Question 1
Probably the last 2 questions. This is a customer service/call center type of position. All my previous jobs have been customer service/call center positions as well. It was hard for me to think of a situation that related to those scenarios. They seemed very tech-support-like questions in my opinion.
