For interns, they are primarily looking for individuals who are passionate in continuous learning, have the drive to make a difference, and being quite consistent (in terms of interview answers).

1 case interview, 2 behavioral interviews. Each is about 30-40 minutes in length and all virtual. The case interview gives you 20 minutes of preparation. 5 minute breaks between each interview.

Entretien
They made me have to count down from 20 to -40, I didn't understand how that was helpful for them to assess my skill. I think they wanted to see my reasoning and logic but still it felt very juvenile and not very accurate to my education and extensive career as a junior manager.
