1-Brief phone call with talent acquisition - General questions, no pressure
2-Written test for analytical thinking and English proficiency. English test is elementary level, very easy to past.
3- Interview with a Team Leader. Could be challenging as Team Leaders are usually young and ambitious people. Depends on your luck. But be precise, don't panic.
4-Interview with Senior Manager (also the hiring manager). Be ready for world famous Citi Manager poker face with zero mimics. Take your time, don't push too much.
5-Offer, take it or leave it without any negotiation.

2 rounds of interviews with compliance head and regional compliance head. It require working understanding of the AML/KYC in the banking industry. You need to understand OFAC quite well and have prior experience with transaction screening and STR filings.

Entretien
I was initially contacted by the HR department via email to set up a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was scheduled to have an in person interview. The first with a member of the team followed up with an interview with the Manager. The interviews were 30 minutes each, they asked pretty standard questions. After the interview I didn't hear anything from them so I moved on.
