The interview was standard. It was a two interview process. First interview was with hiring manager and team lead. Second interview was with Team Lead and two subordinates.

Three rounds of interview within a weeks time. they were around 30 mins long and all were face to face. Questions were mainly around my cv and general PMO questions and about soft skills
