From start to finish the whole process took less than 4 weeks using a GREAT recruiting company. Great interview with Citi - Great people and they were super nice, made me feel very comfortable. I had 1 phone interview and 1 face to face interview. The face to face interview they said was a formality becuase they liked what they heard on the phone. For the most part I liked what I heard too. Lots of structure and process, willingness to help one another, business casual environment and no sweat shop.

Recruiter contacted me via email to set up time to interview. I had 3 interviews set up over 2 days. My first interviewer never showed up. I emailed the recruiter and received NO response. I had my 2nd and 3rd interviews which we standard. Both asked me what I had been told about the role - seems as though there was a step missing or no communication between these interviewers. I emailed the recruiter again to rescheduled the first interview and to follow up - received no response. The people I did speak with were great and I enjoyed my conversations. The recruiter no responding was unprofessional. I know recruiters may ghost after an interview. But when a candidate has interviews scheduled and to not acknowledge or respond is unprofessional.
