Had a call with a recuiter to start who clearly did not understand the position. Moved on to next round (zoom interview) and it was embarassing at how misaligned my background was for what the position was actually calling for. The team also claimed that a background in finance was not necessary, when it in fact was fundamental to do the job. Unbelievable interview experience and a waste of time for everyone involved.
