J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citi (New York, NY) en avr. 2010
Entretien
I interviewed for the Financial Management Summer Associate position in the corporate finance division. The first phase of screening is a telephonic interview with a recently hired associate. The questions test some basic finance concepts like yield curves and liquidity ratios. A week after the phone interview I was invited to New York along with two dozen other MBAs for the 'super day' of interviews. I had three one-on-one interviews with VP/SVPs each lasting 35mins and each testing a different skill like analysis, leadership or people skills.
I already had an 'exploding' offer from another company so I needed to know the results from Citi very soon. The Citi HR contact person called me that very evening to let me know that I had the position! Overall a very professional set up.
