It consisted of a 30 min. phone interview with an HR person in another state. They questioned me on general knowlege of the job I was applying for and what skills I possesed in relation to the position. I was then notified that I would have a seond interview in a week with a manager. The manager's interview was more of the same. I was notified that I recieved the job a week later.
