Recruiter reached out by email, initial phone screen with that recruiter followed by another phone screen by the hiring manager. Made it to a full-day set of online video interviews (5 in total). Recruiter closed the day with the promise to follow-up within a week once feedback was received. Never heard back. Reached out several times to inquire about the decision, met with no response. I was completely ghosted by the company. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior but par for the course these days. Go ahead and interview if you need some live practice but keep your expectations low that they care a whim about you.

I had a fantastic experience interviewing with CZI. The interview process was well-organized, efficient, and professional. The interviewers were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. The interview rounds were well-defined and structured, similar to the engineering manager rounds at other FAANG companies.
