Entretien
After an initial phone screen, I was scheduled for a phone interview with the hiring manager.
After that second interview, I was invited for an on-site interview at their offices. The interview itself went as expected - nothing out of the ordinary for a sales role. I was told I would have a last screening by phone as a last confirmation step.
A couple of days later got an email scheduling this last call. However, after the confirmation and having already cleared my schedule, I never got the call, despite waiting for an hour. I reached out but never heard back from them. Also tried the direct phone and left several messages in her voicemail and never heard back.
This was more than a month ago and never heard back from them. If a company doesn't take 30 seconds to get back to you as a candidate, what can you expect as an employer? The lack of consideration and respect to their candidates shown here is appalling.

Phone interview with recruiter, teams call with sales manager, followed by scheduling a 4 week training all to be completed through zoom for onboarding. The interview process was simple if you know what you’re talking about.

I declined their offer. People seemed nice, but their commission structure is one of the worst I've ever seen. Maybe 6% of par and 30% of overage sounds good to Novices, but that's 40% below industry standards.
I had a phone interview confirmed with Champion Window in Austin however they failed to call at the specified time and date. I emailed to find out what happened and never heard back. Seriously unprofessional! Makes me wonder how the service department handles post installation service calls and how the company doesn't have 1 start because I'm sure I'm not the only one that has literally been blown off .
I have 8 years of experience as an in-home sales professional, 3 of those years selling windows. Not to mention a high closing percentage. Their loss.
