J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Champion Window (New York, NY) en sept. 2021

I declined their offer. People seemed nice, but their commission structure is one of the worst I've ever seen. Maybe 6% of par and 30% of overage sounds good to Novices, but that's 40% below industry standards.

Phone interview with recruiter, teams call with sales manager, followed by scheduling a 4 week training all to be completed through zoom for onboarding. The interview process was simple if you know what you’re talking about.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Champion Window (Austin, TX) en juin 2019

I had a phone interview confirmed with Champion Window in Austin however they failed to call at the specified time and date. I emailed to find out what happened and never heard back. Seriously unprofessional! Makes me wonder how the service department handles post installation service calls and how the company doesn't have 1 start because I'm sure I'm not the only one that has literally been blown off .
I have 8 years of experience as an in-home sales professional, 3 of those years selling windows. Not to mention a high closing percentage. Their loss.
