Overall experience was not very good. I have heard that Cedars Sinai is the best employer in California. I find their interview process is very lengthy and there is lot of miss-communication among HR and other depts. They called me three times over the period of 3 weeks and after 2 weeks I have got rejections. Total time from HR phone interview and rejection mail took one and half month.They were keep calling me for face to face interview for 2-3 rounds and I was very positive that I will get the position but at last I got rejected. In every round they kept telling me you are overqualified for the position. Then my concern is why they were wasting my time and their time. I have declined one temp position because of this interview. It is so frustrating.My advice to HR please do not waste candidate time if they are not perfect fit. Your lengthy process creates false hopes.

Was brought on to this organization through their internal temp pool. I was interviewed by an HR recruiter to get into the temp pool. Once I was hired as a temp I went on various more interviews to find me a temporary position within the hospital. I was hired for a temp position as an MA II, and after about a month I was hired on as a full-time employee.

Never heard back from HR which is a red flag for me. It is crucial for employers to deliver a positive interview process for potential candidates in order to provide a positive impression of the organization. I will not consider this organization in the future nor recommend it.

Long Process. Initially applied in October, first interview wasn't until January. Was not offered first position but was not notified until 2nd position became available. 2nd interview was in April and I started in May. Long process but totally worth it!
