Once I was hired as a temp I went on various more interviews to find me a temporary position within the hospital. I was hired for a temp position as an MA II, and after about a month I was hired on as a full-time employee.

It is crucial for employers to deliver a positive interview process for potential candidates in order to provide a positive impression of the organization.
