The interview consisted of two hour long interviews with two different HR recruiters. I did both of mine over the phone because the recruiters didn't come to my school, however I think most are conducted on campus following a career fair. The asked almost exclusively situational (STAR) questions where they are looking for you to describe a Situation, identify the Task, explain your Action, and reveal the Result.
