HR came late for the said time, and they were interviewing a different buyer role than what I applied for. Both hiring manager and HR seem to be reading the questions from their screen, and they didn’t even agree who’s going to ask what? I’ve answered most of the questions to the point, with my experience, skills and knowledge of the similar company, I am supposed to have big chance to get an offer. They told me I’m the first of all the candidates and they will interview everyone before come back to me with feedback the week after. Since then nothing was heard despite I emailed the HR 3 times only asking for feedback regardless the result. Very unprofessional and they don’t deserve candidates’ time! What I heard is they might have chosen internal candidate already and only want to go through the job advertising process hence the waste of everyone’s time. Good for internal people though. They’ve got opportunities to develop their careers even when they had no experience at all. It’s unfair to all the external candidates, this isn’t equal opportunity, this is rather fake job vacancy.
