The interview consisted of a phone interview with a recruited which then lead to a final interview with the hiring manager. My process was professionally handled and streamlined. The recruiter was very helpful with any questions that I had and the hiring manager was very approachable and not at all intimidating in the interview.

Two level interview screening.
Both interviews were very interactive and not monotonous at all.
I enjoyed the interviews and its been pretty accurate about the job I am doing now.
I recommend that you apply and experience yourself.,

A recruiter was used where the recruiter kept saying Caterpillar was having issues with their hiring software for weeks on end then suddenly hired someone. Should have been more honest and use a better recruiter
