It was at the SHPE convention. I got the interview by talking to HR at the booth. The interview was 45 minutes long and I was told that caterpillar will reach out in 3-4 weeks if I am selected.

Three interviews. First two were 30 minute interviews to get to know your experiences and interests. Last interview was with a panel of three engineers asking questions about your experiences.

Tell me a time you experienced a difficult group member and how did you deal with the situation.
3 stages of interviews. Mainly behavioral questions on various aspects innovation, problem solving. Amazing team, I just had another offer so I decided not to pursue it further.
