I was called for Caterpillar interview through cognizant. They told there will be two rounds and everything will be finalized on same day. i cleared two rounds of interview and client round as well. Than interviewer only decided himself that i wont join the company as my current organization is better than this. What a stupidity. He along with HR asked me 3 times that are you sure you want to join Caterpillar? That was quite surprised. After all rounds HR told they will give me a call on Monday for hr discussion and i didnt get any, but Tuesday i got one call and they asked me to attend one more round of interview with another client. i went there and attended and felt like they just took this round for elimination. Interviewer started asking what i have not worked.
