I applied through employer. Got interview request in a week. Interview was on Monday and by Thursday they had an answer. Only one person (hiring manager) took the interview. Pretty much expected questions. About the previous experience on SQL, SAS Programming and Excel and Data Analysis, followed by typical behavioral questions. Be sure with what is mentioned on your resume. Very Easy Interview.
