The aptitude test generally consists of a balanced mix of easy and challenging questions designed to evaluate logical reasoning, quantitative ability, and problem-solving skills. The group discussion phase covers a wide range of topics, which may differ from group to group. It assesses communication skills, clarity of thought, and the ability to work in a team. The technical and HR interviews aim to test your core technical knowledge, understanding of fundamental concepts, and your suitability for the role. HR may also assess your personality, attitude, and cultural fit.

There was the initial resume screening after which there was a pre recorded interview with four questions. And then an in person group assessment then the final in person interview.
