Random selection, random interviews, dysfunctional HR. The intent is good, execution is poor. Don't just compete with Uber on social media, learn something called professionalism. HR can't even spell words properly. Interviewers didn't turn up for meetings. Very random process.

1) CV Review
2) Analytical Test of total 20 questions, 15 based on 3 Data Sets (5 Questions on each) + Last 5 questions based on individual scenarios & analysis
3) Interview 1 - with Operation Manager
4) Interview 2 - with General Manager
5) Interview 3 - with MD/CEO
Each step/round was within 7-10 of time but Offer took more than expected around 40-50 days, perhaps because it was close to year end.

three rounds, 1- screening phone, 2nd analitycal and behaviuor ssessment, 3rd on site interview. it was scheduled for 45 mint but it has extended to 1:30 mint. One week after, then I received an auto-reply email from recruitment team that they have proceeded with other candidates

First they started with an online Test - then a 1:1 Interview asking the normal interview questions - after that a short Case Study related to the role. When you pass all those stages, they start the hiring process.
