Short phone call with them detailing the job role followed by a couple basic questions. (Not competency based)
Standard face to face interview with competency based questions. (No role play for the role I went for but others may ask to do so)
Interview process was pretty easy, interviewer made me feel at ease and asked your usual interview questions, after a couple of days I got an email to confirm they were offering me the job

I got a phone call and later i had video interview. Lady that talked to me asked couple of question about my experience and left the meeting saying that she will contact me. She never did.
