After the initial application, there was a brief telephone interview then an interview in person. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and relatively informal from my experience of interviews, which put me at ease. Capita like to employ the STAR interview technique, so you can come prepared for a lot of the questions they may ask.

Interveiw over teams, person was from South Africa, got an email for an offer. The background screening process is long. Everyone was friendly and helpful and also informative. There was a maths question during interveiw

Problem solving questions, maths skills, linguistic capabilities, previous experience were talked through and thoroughly checked. Nothing out of the ordinary, fairly quick overall compared to other interviews I have had. Conducted online or in person - as per preference. Pay is discussed.
Straightforward and simple format with the typical questions you would expect. Took about 20 minutes, some getting to know you chat and then interview questions. Interview was one on one, job offer made immediately once interview was finished.
