With the Agency that Capita use. I applied online and received a telephone call to come into the office for an interview with the Recruitment Agency. I then attended and was given an interview and a role play situation, I passed the interview and had to attend an induction at the company.
Interview process was pretty easy, interviewer made me feel at ease and asked your usual interview questions, after a couple of days I got an email to confirm they were offering me the job

I got a phone call and later i had video interview. Lady that talked to me asked couple of question about my experience and left the meeting saying that she will contact me. She never did.

I applied online and heard back shortly for an interview. The interview process was straightforward and I was informed of the outcome of the interview on the day to let me know that I had been accepted.
