First stage filter with recruitment. Quite slow but relatively logical and easy. First competency interview with Senior Manager as you'd expect. General "tell me about a time..." type questions and also sector knowledge confirmation. Very friendly and positive. Final stage interview involved giving a presentation and follow up competency and motivation questions from a Partner and a VP. I'm not sure whether it was intentional 'good cop/bad cop' but one was very pleasant and one was very rude. Essentially railroaded the interview into talking about himself and sharing his unflattering opinion of my last employer. Didn't really get chance to speak for an hour - at the end of which they said they'd like to offer a job as a Senior Consultant - essentially halving the package I'd asked for. I declined.
