one interview with HR (skype or physical)
one interview with one director (Fit / Business case)
one interview with one managing partner (fit, professional perspectives)
I didn't like the interview process, not a formal presentation of capgemini, not very professional

Why have you chosen this entity ? (in my case, public sector)
Entretiens OK. Mais aucun retour des RH après le dernier entretien. Malgré une relance par mail ET par appel téléphonique. J'ai rarement vu ça dans un processus d'entretien en cabinet de conseil.
Un entretien de fit rapide de prise de contact, un second entretien plus pratique avec des questions de mise en situation, un entretien avec un VP pour finaliser le processus

Comment visualisez vous le processus de recueil du besoin client ?

Entretien
There were two interviews: one entry interview with a team member and one case study with the hiring manager. Both interviews were positive and professional. In the end, a rejection with an automated letter via HR, with no feedback, hence the negative review.
