Interview process was very worst, first two technical round and third would be manager round. I cleared both technical round with good feed back. They scheduled Manager round. Manager was worst behavior person. He asked question Why are you leaving current organization. I explained but he told me " I am not satisfied with this answer". What they want I am not sure. Simply they reject for this reason. It s really very bad experienced.

There are three rounds of interview. L1- Technical 1 L2- Technical 2 Manager HR Interview was conducted on Microsoft Teams. Job Description: Key skills- Hands-on with 8+ years’ experience in designing & building distributed transactional systems. Excellent working knowledge of Java programming & Middleware (Messaging, Caching). --> IBM Web MQ , Hibernate(caching), Reddis/Memcached, Hashtable Sound understanding of design patterns, system resiliency, observability, scalability and performance. --> Singleton(Multiple env), Adapter stratergly, Observable, Builder, IOC, Dependency Injection, Inner class, Understanding of Cloud-based application development preferably using Microsoft Azure Cloud. --> AWS lamda Understanding of Databases (NoSQL / document store, RDBMS). Experience of Agile development & DevOps practices. Experience in delivering Securities processing systems and understanding of Trade Lifecycle. Excellent working knowledge of Web development frameworks, Angular 2+. Sound understanding of design patterns, system resiliency, observability, scalability and performance. Understanding of UX – user journey, navigations, multi-tenant containers, layout, etc. Understanding of Workflows. Experience of Agile development & DevOps practices. Experience in delivering Securities processing systems and understanding of Trade Lifecycle.
