My interview experience with Capco was professional, informative, and thoroughly engaging. From the outset, the process was well-organised and reflective of the company’s high standards. The conversations I had were insightful and gave me a clear understanding of the role, the team, and Capco’s values. I felt welcomed and respected throughout, and the experience left me feeling confident and excited about the opportunity to join the organisation.

Entretien
The interview has 3rounds. They asked about what I know about the company and my understanding about the role of executive assistant in Capco.
Very general questions from previous work experience yet very specific.
Overall it was one of the great interview experience i have ever had, though i got bit nervous. You are lucky if you get a chance to work with the senior management.
I don't know if I would get a chance to work with you guys or not but Ms. Shweta and Mr. Rajeev are the best interviewer and the best mentor what I feel.
