Interviewing for the Senior Consultant role at Capco was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The process was refreshingly honest, with clear communication at every step, ensuring transparency and trust. It was conducted efficiently, respecting my time while providing ample opportunity to showcase my skills and ask thoughtful questions. The team’s approach was straightforward, eliminating unnecessary complexity and creating a smooth, streamlined experience. What truly stood out was the kind and inviting atmosphere fostered by everyone I interacted with. The interviewers were approachable, attentive, and genuinely interested in my background, which made the process feel more like a meaningful conversation than a formal evaluation. It started with a 30 minutes session with the HR, then a 1hr technical interview and finally a 45 minutes face 2 face interview at the Capco office. Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month and the technical interview was focused on what actually matters for the role, with no trick questions or curveballs. I especially enjoyed the face-to-face interview because it didn't feel like a typical interview. It was more like a relaxed technical and behavioural conversation you'd have with a colleague, which made it easy to be myself.
