Entretien
HR set very clear expectations upfront on the interview process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. After a couple of interactions, my heart was already very set on CAPCO. I was very impressed with HR's promptness, professionalism and their willingness to share information. Everyone I spoke with, were very encouraging, professional, warm and supportive. I was very intrigued with the case study and enjoyed working on it.

Entretien
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.

Entretien
I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.

Entretien
The process is very structured and the feedbacks were timely. The interview focused very much on the real world scenarios and questions were probed on how well my knowledge and experience can be used to solve those.
