We take your feedback on timeframes and communication very seriously and apologise that you have not received any feedback following your final interview. Candidates should hear back within 48 hours after submitting their application, however the feedback timelines of receiving an offer do differ per intake as Capco wants to ensure all applicants have an equal opportunity to finish the interview process per intake. Timelines on these should have been clearly communicated with you at each stage and we apologise if this has not been the case. We have addressed your feedback internally and will ensure additional touchpoints are being put in place to ensure candidates receive an update on the status of their application.
