      The first round seems to be on screening the candidate. No domain question was asked. This first round itself disappointed me the most. The person taking the interview does not seem to have good knowledge on how to interview senior candidates + does not seem to have much grip on the basic BA process especially in Agile. Few questions that he asked - What to do if you receive good-to-have defect in Agile? Now tell me have ever come across good-to-have defects? I know of must-have, good-to-have (or nice-to have) requirements. He does'n't know the difference between the role of a product owner in Agile - he thinks prioritization will be decided by the senior manager. Am stumped here. He didn't even explain the role or what they are actually looking for. The reason is that the JD was a generalized one. Lastly, he is asking very basic questions which we generally ask to candidates having 3-4 years of experience like the content of a BRD, difference between a BRD and FSD. These are good questions but not at all good ones if you are asking with somebody having 16 years of experience. @Capco: I am not drawing any conclusion based on one interviewer but request you to be more careful when choosing the interviewer. I am supposed to be an SME in derivative and was shocked to see got myself taken out from the screening round itself.

      Well structured and organised interview process. A clear step-by-step guide was given at initial stage, that made the process very transparent. Recruitment team was responsive and friendly. Interviewers were friendly and understanding.

      Technical Round - The interviewer doesn't know the standards across the industry. He believes that whatever he has been through a single client is only correct. The company also just conducted interview without a confirmed requirement! HR told this when contacted later for feedback. Companies should not waste candidates time, without a confirmed requirement...
