They seem to be doing only IT implementation projects for banks and hire only when they have project staffing requirement. Felt like being interviewed for a contract project role even though it was a full-time job. Explains the culture and how they treat employees internally – staffing them on ad-hoc implementation projects and no real consulting work. Someone one year in told me you need to be a yes-man to succeed, and that explains all the talk about favoritism. If you have IT experience and want to remain in that domain, it could be a good place. A typical exit, I would assume, would be to IT teams in Banks.
