After attending the firm's information session, I applied through my school's careers portal job search process and received an email for a first interview. The first round interview process concluded on campus involving a behavioral and case component and I was informed I had a second round final interview assessment day within a week at their Toronto office.
The assessment day was a long day with 3 rounds on all topics Financial Services and Technology. For the associate position it was more technical than usual so be aware of technology and financial services concepts and industry trends. It was a wonderful and cohesive experience, and the firm's filled with likeable, young and talented people and a wonderful atmosphere.
They held a one hour case study think tank in a group setting of 5 people. After the discussion, all members were invited to give a short presentation and a question and answer session.

The process was easy not too tough but as a fresher you should know the DSA basics.
Invited to a super day. Two 20-minute interviews and then a group case study. Interviews were easy and casual. The group case was fine too, just make sure you organize your time well.
