Very well staged interview process. Interaction with HR was great who managed the entire process really well. Four stage interview starting with intro to HR, skills assessment, case study and then finally partner interview. All happened in a spam of four weeks which is quite impressive given that the company has been on a hiring spree this year.

I had several meetings with different leaders. Some interviews felt transactional while others created real connection. I'd describe it as very conversational where the questions come up in a more natural way. I did a "case" and prepared a presentation for the partner team.

Interview was 3 stage process, expectations around timelines and process for each round was very clear from the start and well documented, moved quite quickly through stages, feedback at each stage was delivered with quick turn around times, interviewers were friendly and warm, made me feel comfortable, all interviews started and ended on time, gave me enough time and opportunity to ask questions, very smooth - very good experience overall.
