      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Capco (Toronto, ON) en sept. 2017

      Entretien

Worst experience ever. Nobody at reception to meet the visitors. Interviewer was not the person who was assigned to conduct interview. Interviewer was 20 min late. It looks like the company has shortage with office supplies: no paper was provided so interviewer was writing his questions on the back of candidate's resume. Office itself did non look impressive: open space, computers are too close to each other.

Thank you for your review, however, we are very disappointed to read your feedback. Creating a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process is incredibly important to us. We set the bar high, and our intention is always for our candidates to get a true sense of Capco , and for our interviewers to bring the Capco culture to life in the recruitment process. We are sorry that this did not happen for you. Our Toronto office has undergone a period of rapid growth recently, and we are currently in the process of expanding our office space, and enhancing the working environment to meet these new demands. Following your review, we have spoken with the local team, and we will ensure that there is always someone on reception to meet candidates. The recruitment team do communicate the names of the interviewers, however, sometimes for reasons beyond their control the individual interviewing changes. In such circumstances, the recruitment team always make an effort to apologize and explain the situation to the candidate. This is a very exciting time for our Canadian region as we continue to grow, and work on a number of innovative projects with clients. As we look to hire more great talent, we will continue to take feedback on-board to ensure that we continually improve our recruitment process.
