The hiring and the interview process were clear, transparent, efficient and very well organized. I received an email invitation from the HR Team for a 1st phone interview with the Recruiter. Then I got an invitation for the 2nd round interview (face to face) with Senior Consultant & Principal at the Capco premises. And finally I was invitated for the last round interview with the Partner (face to face). I got clearly all information before every step of the process.

It started with a 30 minutes session with the HR, then a 1hr technical interview and finally a 45 minutes face 2 face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month and the technical interview was focused on what actually matters for the role, with no trick questions or curveballs. I especially enjoyed the face-to-face interview because it didn't feel like a typical interview. It was more like a relaxed technical and behavioural conversation you'd have with a colleague, which made it easy to be myself.

I applied for a permanent position. First I had a phone call with Capco recruitment followed by a virtual coding exercise, this was algorithmic based and not too obscure and finally I had an on-site behavioural interview with the MP. The staff were very friendly.
