The interview process for Canva was an interesting one. 1 or 2 interviews with a recruiter within the company, followed by a 1 hour live technical test, followed by 4 back-to-back interviews: 3 live technical tests with a different person each time, 1 cultural fit. It was an exhausting process that felt designed to make me fail.
