They were still locking in headcount for the actual leader that this role would report up to. The hiring manager didn't have special or specific experience in the back end of the quote to cash process so I felt that much of the experience I shared with them was not fully understood. The interviewer was also at a company offsite for a week and took the call from outside of the country which also added a bit of awkwardness to the experience. After the hiring manager call
