Initial contact was with an internal recruiter, first for a phone interview, then a take-home challenge, then an in-person meeting with just the recruiter, then finally a three-person panel interview.

Question 1
The take-home challenge consisted of a few sections of increasing complexity. The final task involved designing the end-to-end flow for a new feature within the web app.
screening interview with HR > portfolio review with designers > design challenge presentation with manager/designer> final interview
all interviewers are friendly and open to listen. HR team is very helpful for preparing next interviews.
After submitting my application via email, I was given a schedule for a phone interview. Following this step, I ultimately received a rejection email. The entire process was challenging but provided a valuable learning experience.
