J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Canva (Sydney) en sept. 2017
Entretien
First a 30 minute phone call. Next, a coding challenge (implement a knockout tournament simulation). Finally a two-part technical interview (each part cca 2 hours) where you explain and extend your solution to the coding challenge. The interview is quite brain-intensive -
especially if you're doing it after work - and long, so get good rest the night before and make sure to eat something.
I felt the interview process was overall pretty good, the coding challenge was a lot of fun to work on (definitely one of the better ones I've been given so far) and all the interviewers were friendly & professional.
The only hiccup was getting feedback from the HR which took quite some time and I had to remind them by email (after not receiving any feedback for almost two weeks - which sucks if you're interviewing with multiple companies at the same time). I guess Canva is growing fast so their hiring process might not have caught up yet. That said, everyone I talked to was nice.

Interview was good. The guys conducting the interview knows his stuff. But the interview questions weren't really good, Some are old school questions and nothing to do with the role.
Overall, the interview process is good. The interviewer gave me another chance and suggested to apply later.
The first round was ok, building a logic for a simple kids game.
Second one includes 3 interviews back to back to back and was a but harder then I expected, The position was for mid-level developer.
