Only made the screening round. They rely heavily on data and numbers so if you’re going for a BP role come prepared with this. When talking to your past experience, use data to support your stories (eg saved x amount of time/$)

Entretien
Unresponsive then very slow to progress. The copy paste email wording and external image they like to emit is all happiness and smiles, so I was very taken aback by the coldness and lack of energy and authenticity from both the recruiter and interviewer.
The interviewer (hiring manger) barely made eye contact over a 45 minute interview, and gave me the impression that she really didn’t have the time to be talking to me.
The questions were not in line with the JD, and weren’t even behavioural. It was as if she was using the interview just to get ideas that she can use herself, rather than to see how I would bring value to the role.
