Initial phone screen then case study. Case study actually takes a while to do where you have to come up with actual examples of your own of who/how to bring onto the platform. I believe Class101 leaves this role indefinitely open to use the case studies to their benefit (free labor) and reject all the candidates in the process. Absolutely despicable practice and the hiring manager makes crude statements about your appearance too. Terrible experience, no wonder their reviews on Blind (korean equivalent of Glassdoor) are horrendous.
