Avantages
Great vision and amazing people. Given it is a Korean company I thought it was a huge plus that you can actually get paid for working overtime.
Inconvénients
The turnover rates were so high it was hard to feel stable in an ever-changing team. Huge mess in the smaller teams where there is no structure at all. However, it's a great place to learn how to survive in a fast-paced and demanding start up company. You learn what you want and not want in a company.
