two rounds, one dinner, selective 2nd rounds, on campus first rounds. pretty straightforward behaviourals, unique technicals not in the guide and i would prepare for brain teasers. lots of formula rearranging
Met with two current investment banking analysts. They were overall very nice and helpful when I got stuck. The first 15 minutes were very standard behavioural and "Tell me about yourself" questions. The latter half was a range of technical questions, including DCF caveats, conceptual accretion/dilution questions, and more.

There was one 30 min first round with an analyst and an associate, then the second round was two back-to-back interviews (30 mins each) with directors and Executive Directors. The interviews were all over video
