telephonic interview, followed by in person, cumbersome process. also background check. In addition a personality test was conducted too. multiple telephonic interviews took place to the point that i got fed up of it.

pre screen call + two additional calls. Very pleasant experience, friendly interviewers, fairly easy process. Helpful to know a bit of sales background/customer service/etc. Be able to handle huge volume of calls, various requests.

phone interview and than personal interview, than you have to wait for at least 2 weeks for the answer. time depends manager who took your interview and how desperately they need to fill the position.
