They sent me the questions and a small case study prior to the interview. Questions were supposed to be answered in STAR format. They asked some of the questions they sent me and also a couple of unofficial/quick questions at the start then asked me to go through my ideas for the case study. Overall, it was very pleasant and the interviewers were nice but I don't have much experience with case studies so I wasn't sure what they were expecting.
